Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping Policy:
Cavalry Coffee’s shipping partners will contact you before delivery. You can schedule the most convenient delivery time by writing in the notes section when placing your order or contact our customer service for the best support. If the order is not successfully delivered on the first attempt, we will contact you to arrange delivery.
Return Policy:
We support returns in the following cases:
- Product does not match the description on the website
- Product is defective or of poor quality (including damage during shipping)
- Incorrect or missing items delivered by us
Return regulations:
Return period: Products can be returned once within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Returns are not accepted after 45 days.
Returns are not accepted at any time for reasons such as insect damage, improper storage, water damage, etc.
For products purchased during promotional periods, please return within the promotion period to apply the discounted price.
Return procedure:
Step 1:
To return a product, notify us at hotline 0911 561 579 or email cavalrysolution@gmail.com. Our staff will assess the product condition and guide you through the return process.
Step 2:
Once your return is approved, we will contact the shipping department to arrange and partially cover the return shipping cost. Returns must be completed within 7 working days.
Step 3:
When the return request is approved, please pack the product as originally received (including product, gifts, accessories, if any) and send it to Cavalry Coffee (Cavalry Coffee, Thon Thuan An, Duy Nghia Commune, Da Nang City) within 7 days of receipt, including:
– VAT invoice (if any) or delivery note or purchase invoice or order form.
– Accessories and promotional gifts (if any).
***Note: Please keep the parcel tracking number for easier and faster return tracking.
