Few know that the Cavalry of today is thanks to over 16 years of persistent passion by Founder Lê Văn Lương – a man who believes a great coffee starts with kindness, quality, and meticulous care in every step.
Choosing no easy path, he spent years researching roasting techniques, developing quality control processes, and personally crafting roasting machines for his journey. To him, every coffee bean deserves careful attention to preserve its original flavour and unique character.
Today, Cavalry is more than a roasting workshop or a coffee shop. It is where Mr Lương and the Cavalry team share Vietnamese coffee culture through quality products and authentic experiences, so every guest can feel the story behind each cup.
